Yes, our 'White Glove' delivery service includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials for a hassle-free experience.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All NCF Living furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee covering structural defects and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
Can I apply for financing on my purchase?
We offer various interest-free credit and flexible payment plans through our financing partners, allowing you to spread the cost of your new furniture over 6, 12, or 24 months.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. Our delivery team will also contact you 48 hours before the scheduled date to provide a specific time slot.
